When you use Prospio services, we collect data necessary to deliver them. Prospio Intelligence collects LinkedIn network data accessed through our browser extension. Managed Outbound collects client account details, target list data, and campaign metadata needed to run cold email and social media outreach on your behalf.
All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS and stored securely on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the United States.
Your data is never sold, never shared with third parties, and never used for advertising. It is used solely to deliver the service you engaged us for.
Data is retained while your service is active and automatically deleted after 12 months of inactivity. You can request immediate deletion at any time.
Under GDPR (EU) and CCPA (California), you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. Email support@prospio.com to exercise these rights. We respond within 30 days.
