When you use Prospio Intelligence, we collect data necessary to deliver the service — including LinkedIn network data accessed through our browser extension. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS and stored securely on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the United States.
Your data is never sold, never shared with third parties, and never used for advertising. It is used solely to deliver your Prospio Intelligence reports.
Data is retained while your service is active and automatically deleted after 12 months of inactivity. You can request immediate deletion at any time.
Under GDPR (EU) and CCPA (California), you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. Email support@prospio.com to exercise these rights. We respond within 30 days.
Material changes to this policy will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. For significant changes, we notify active users directly.
